Join Jessica Reed Tuesday and Thursday mornings for a free meditation. Jessica will lead you through a grounding mediation to start your day where various breathing and mindfulness techniques will be used. This class is appropriate for everyone, whether or not you have taken a meditation class before. Please find a quiet space and have a cushion or chair available to sit on if you wish.
