Description
Catch a replay of Arden Concert Gild’s 2020 Virtual Arden Fair featuring:
Mississippi Earl Brown
Mississippi Earl Brown is an old band name from back in the day…It was Garry Cogdell, Mike Williams, and George Thorogoodโs first band. They were all kids maybe 19 years old. Mike found an old tape that was surprisingly good, so they decided it would be cool to reprise those songs and see what they would sound like today – fundamental blues done acoustic! Guitar and vocals: Garry Cogdell; Lead Guitar: Jimmy Baldwin; Bass: Mike “Pup” Williams; Drums: Tim Thorn.
Jea Street Jr.
Jea Street Jr is mixture of John Legend and Lenny Kravitz with a clear influence by Hip-Hop music. His music will make you stomp your feet and clap your hands to the beat of Artivism. Jea will have his 6 piece band for the Fair. Keys and vocals: Jea Street; Rap vocals: Splitfaces; Guitar: Bob Shields; Bass: Virgil Walker; Drums: Ted Brown; Percussion: Jonathan Whitney.
Lyric Drive
Lyric Drive is a local band with influences ranging from The Beatles, Hall & Oates, Eric Clapton, Stevie Wonder to The Wood Brothers and more. The band features the distinctive vocal harmonies of the Stewart Brothers and the guitar virtuosity of Brad Newsom. Rounding out the sound is the talented percussionist Tim Kelly and crowd-pleasing bassist Pete Wiedmann.
