InnerSource Wellness Center is nestled amongst the natural beauty of Pike Creek Valley. Backing up to 300 acres of County Parkland, IWC stands atop one of the highest points in the valley and possesses the comfort of a natural energy flow, which benefits all aspects of health and wellness.

Inside Our Facility

Our Center itself is equipped with bodywork rooms for massage, Reiki and Myofascial Release therapies; a private space for life coaching/consulting; ample space for Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga classes; and the capacity for workshops, meditation and special events.

Our Meditative Gardens & Grounds

The grounds, situated on an acre of property, contain beautiful native gardens supported by four ponds and various other water features as well as a small orchard and vegetable garden. In addition, there are a few patio areas existing throughout the gardens, which are available for seminars, events and workshops, or can simply be used by our clients to appreciate and enjoy the undemanding beauty of nature.

We also have areas on the grounds which allow for Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga classes to be held in the open air when weather permits. There is no denying that our outdoor setting was purposely designed to promote healing and elicit a calming serenity. When you visit us, allow yourself to breathe in the undeniable soothing energy and tranquil peace which permeates throughout the property, indoors and out, harmonizing with our offering of a space to connect with the distinctive essence of nature while healing the mind, body and soul.
