Description
Brandywine Zoo is a beautiful zoo in Brandywine Park in Wilmington, Delaware. Year-around animal residents at the Brandywine Zoo include: Andean condors, llamas, goats, ravens, toucan, bobcat, swift fox, serval, capybara, golden lion tamarin, red pandas, porcupine, and many birds and reptiles. Summer residents include: wallabies, alligators and others. Daily programs and frquent special events, camps, and lots of new activities for all ages.
The zoo offers educational programs all year (indoor and outdoor) for all ages including: home school programs, toddler programs, class trip programming that meet state standards, spring break camp, holiday camp, and mini and full summer camp weekly sessions, and special events often with entertainment.
Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Check calendar for special twilight eve hours and Family Fun Nights.
