On Tuesday, August 15th we are turning the sand pits at Constitution Yards into a work zone!
Join local CoreTen Fitness General Manager and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist Joe Sanford as he puts you through a high tempo 45 minute workout in the sand! The workout will consist of functional athletic movements with bodyweight exercises at a high pace. Sand training burns more calories and works on stabilizer muscles that aren't normally targeted as the need for balance is maximized on the sand surface.
Not to mention it's summer time, so grab a celebratory beverage after as a reward and enjoy!
