What’s IN Calendar Hits the Streets #inWilm

What's IN Calendars - IN Wilmington

Hopefully by now you’ve seen the latest edition of our What’s IN Calendar, which covers September-December, sitting in your favorite local coffee shop, restaurant, business, library, performing arts center or community center – they’re everywhere!

If you haven’t picked up that sleek and sexy looking booklet yet, I’d really like to encourage you to do so. It’s JAM-packed with tons of exciting events happening over the next few months #inWilm. We’re talking arts & music festivals; foodie events; grand openings; theater, dance and spoken word performances; workshops and lectures; and some of the most stunning visual artist exhibitions you’ve ever seen!

Speaking of stunning visual artists, I’d really like to give a shout out this INstallment’s cover model Terrance Vann. As a local visual artist, Terrance works endlessly to not only pursue his craft, but to bring Wilmington’s neighborhood of artists closer together. He’s an excellent community partner, and we’re very proud to have him grace the cover of the latest issue. In fact, as soon as we saw the photo snapped by Joe del Tufo of Moonloop Photography at this year’s Ladybug Music Festival, we knew it was the one. Love at first sight I guess you could say!

Read a little bit more about Terrance and what he’s INto #inWilm in our latest IN Crowd Spotlight!

While we’re talking about the latest calendar, I’d like to point out that an old listing accidentally made its way into this issue – the New Year’s Eve show with David Bromberg at World Cafe Live at The Queen was information I mistakenly pulled from last year’s event… Eek!  But, fear not, our hometown hero will be rockIN’ out as the ball drops, just this time in Philly. It’ll be the same great party you’ve come to expect, just with a change of scenery.

You can view the corrected version of the calendar online – please share it with your friends and family!
